Title: Saturday November 26
Post by: Thomas Bruck on November 24, 2022, 11:11:50 AM
Please join me and other crazy people for a ride on Saturday from Lisgar GO. Starting at 9:30. Planning the ride to Cambellville if the wind is from the West or Cheltenham/Inglewood if the prevailing wind is from East.
The pace will be at the lower "Touring" intensity so that we don't deplete all of our energy needed for the afternoon Christmas lights installation.
Looking forward to see you all!
Thomas.

Hi Thomas,

Any chance of having a later start?  Going to feel a little frosty (-2) at 9:30.

Thomas,if possible, I would prefer a later start time when the temperature is more comfortable.

Thanks,

Upon popular demand we shall start at 10:00 am. According to my weather forecast sources there will be a little temperature difference, perhaps enough to make more thermal comfort.
9:00 am: 3C (feeling like-2C)
10:00 am: 4C (feeling like-1C) another source shows 6C
1:00 pm: 10C (feeling like +4C)

The wind will be from WSW at 24 km/h to 26 km/h (at 1:00 pm).

Hey Thomas,

What kind of mileage are you planning? Longer the better for me.

We will decide on distance and destination collectively before departure. The decision will be based on number of participants. It might be a challenge if not enough people will show up. I expect the distance will be 70-80 km.
