Eighth Line and Britannia is open

Eighth Line and Britannia is open for now. We may use Eighth Line from Lower Base Line all the way to Derry Road West. However, I wouldn't recommend riding on Britannia between Ninth Line and Eighth Line since there is no shoulder and substantial road works continue.
