Week day traffic

Would anyone happen to know the traffic conditions for a bike route consisting of Humber station to old church to innis lake rd at around 7pm during the week? I live at in and around that area and was wondering how it was for solo afternoon/evening rides

If they are bad, are there alternative suggestions that might be better? I'm looking at a 30km or 1hr ride roughly
