Hello everyone!

My name is Geevan Lal and I live in Brampton. Moved to Canada a few months back from India and brought my bike with me. But never had the chance to ride here yet. Have done a bit of riding back in India and also done Randonneuring. Looking forward to riding with you all.

Hi, I'm Marc Cohen living in Georgetown.  Originally from Pittsburgh Pa.  Anyone cycling in Pittsburgh has to love climbing. I do.  I travel to Pa to cycle up mountains.  I'm planning a three day trip to Altoona Pa.  for a one day, 36 mile ride with 13 miles of climbing at 13, 11, and 9 percent grades. I do parts of this ride every year.

I train up and down the escarpment and at Blue Mountain.

I'm 69 years young.

Thanks so much for the reply.  The problem is I do not have a Garmin.  I was trying to find a way to do it on my iPhone.

Hi Karen,
The way I do, is once you have open your desired route in Ridewithgps ( on iphone, but I think the same on web), you will see a button "Pinn" on the upper left corner of the map. Press it, and now you have pinned that route. Which means the route is in your "Navigation -> Courses" in your Garmin connect app.Click on the route name.
Before you do this, make sure that you give permission for Ridewithgps to connect with your Garmin connect app.
Hope this helps,
Ovi

General Discussion / GPS ON IPHONE

I am trying to download rides for offline use from the BCC library to my iPhone.  Not having much luck and don't really want to get a subscription to the app.

Is there a way to do this that I may not be aware of.

Any help would be appreciated

Karen Henderson.
