Title: BCC 50TH ANNIVERSARY PHOTOS
Post by: John Bachmann on September 27, 2021, 10:27:38 AM
As many of you know, 2022 will be our club's 50th Anniversary. We are working on different ways to commemorate the event including website content and special events.  If you have any photos (the older the better) of our club in action over the years, please send them to John Bachmann at photographer@bramptoncyclingclub.com by October 15.

In order to ensure that we can use the images both online and in print, please make sure that any scans are done full size at 300 dpi.

Thanks a heap.

This picture is not too old but sort of my special. It was taken in the Summer of 2004 during our club first official ride to Niagara. This was the the predecessor of Helen Bick Memorial. The ride itself was a two-day venue. The first day from Mississauga to Niagara Falls via Stoney Creek, Balls Falls, Effingham hill, Fonthill and Welland. Second day from Niagara Falls, Port Dalhousie, Jordan, Balls Falls, Stoney Creek, Burlington to Mississauga.
Two of the participants were Ignacio Viana (second row, third from right) and Travis Lytle (second row, sixth from left) . Ignacio was found dead last week on Lower Base Line in Milton. Travis past away several years ago after a grave illness. Let's remember them in happier days!
