McLauglin Road - Olde Baseline Road to Grange Sideroad - Closed / not passable

Signs indicate closed from Sept 7 to Oct 7 for culvert replacement.

The culvert just north of the crest of the hill is completely removed and not even "hike-a-bike"able - it's completely not passable.
