Anyone out there extending their outdoor riding to the winter season? I've just got a fat bike and I'm as green as can be! Looking for riding companions, local trails, tubeless tire wisdom,...

Albion Hills grooming a large amount of double track.
Palgrave locals keeping most of the trails open. Well used and generally in great condition.
Mono Cliffs guys have grooming machine and are keeping most trails open.
DCF (Dufferin County Forest): Probably my favourite. Teamvango have a new grooming machine and are keeping around 16km of trails in perfect condition. Check their website for very regular updates.
If anything like the last 2 years: thaw, freeze; then studded tires are a good option.
Also, start the ride with as little layers as possible. It gets hot very quickly. When you get back to vehicle, change into dry clothes immediately.
I use flat pedals with good hiking boots.
