Hi BCC cyclists,
I am a new member of BCC. I have been successfully retired for 6 years. For the last 15 years I was a an episodic cyclist. For the last 2 summers I became a regular 3 times a week cyclist. One of my weekly summer rides was with your colleague George Shepperdley. I have decided to increase my commitment to cycling by buying a new bike at the end of last summer and by joining your organization. One of my goals is to improve my fitness so that I can survive the 200 km Princess Margaret cancer fund raiser this June. Another goal is to spend some time with dynamic people, make some new friends and share some laughs. I look forward to cycling with you.

Welcome Bob! Any friend of George's is a friend of ours :)
All the best with your goal of the 200km ride.
Welcome Bob!
I am also attending the PMCF ride this June. Would love to connect with you.
Cheers,
JT
Welcome Bob !
Hi JT,
Sorry to be slow in responding. I don't check this forum often enough. I'm interested to hear that you are doing the PMCF ride. Do you know if any other BCC members are doing it? I have to imagine that there are others. Right now my BCC rides are the Saturday touring and the Wednesday touring , plus a separate group on Tuesdays.
My plan is to do the full 200km, not The Hammer!! What are you plans?
Have a great day,
Bob
