15 Sideroad and 2nd Line near Moffat

Resurfacing 15 Sideroad West of Guelph Line and 2nd Line. Controlled traffic and scraped rough road.
2nd Line south of 15 Sideroad is open for local traffic only. Take 1st Line for the time being.
New surface on entire 2nd like looks good so far. Hope they won't chip it now.

I can confirm, that section of 15 Side Road is a mess!
